Flexibility
In a strong wind, which tree is the first to fall? The rigid one
that only looked strong and unbreakable. A tree that can bend in
the wind can often survive even a hurricane.
It’s the same with your body: stretching
before your workout keeps your muscles and ligaments flexible,
and gives you the ability
to move your joints through their full range of motion to help
prevent injuries.
Flexibility minimizes muscle soreness and
maximizes physical relaxation. And there is one more significant
benefit: mental ease. If you're

to come to you while you're stretching out.
